The Little Book of Health and Wellbeing is a practical guide for everyday wellbeing. You can use this book to look at your lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms, to improve your overall wellbeing.

Refresher videos
Based on feedback from our Orange Button Holder community, we created a refresher video to help you maintain your confidence and skills when having conversations about suicide.
The video revisits the Orange Button training key learning points including:
- Individual factors known to increase the risk of suicide and protective factors
- Language use and stigma
- Thoughts of suicide continuum
- Concept of invitations and being helpfully nosey
- Importance of asking directly about suicide
